On the Road

I worked as a tourguide over 3 seasons for a company that provides hop-on hop-off tours all over Europe. It was a fantastic job, and one which I absolutely loved.

I learned so much about all the different places we covered, discovering the history, culture, foods of each country really opened everything up and I fell in love with Europe all over again.

Part of the reason I started this blog was to have a place to put all my research so it didn’t go to waste, and to also share it with others. In a sense, i’m attempting to continue my guiding through a different media.

Hopefully you’ll get as much out of this as I have as I slowly convert all my notes and rough “guide talk” outlines into something more comprehensible. Complete with ‘guide facts’, stories, history and fun cultural differences. If you have any questions, facts or additions to add to any place, don’t hestitate to shoot me an email.
